Ticket #102 (closed defect: fixed)

There have been some reports of the message center upgrade process hanging. This is performed only once when running a build that uses v2 of the message store model for the first time on a system account having a message store based on v1 of the model saved on disk. It looks like the progress window is running indefinitely, as if it never got the message that triggers its close and the opening of the roster window.
