Icons in the participants list

Description

We should import the Windows icons for the participants list.

We need icons for:

  • Owners;
  • Moderators;
  • Gagged users.

These icons should appear before the name.

Maybe we could re-use the Windows icons? Not perfect, but would save some time for now...

That was what i asked him, since he is a good person, maybe we get better icons :)
