This XEP is used by Google Talk exclusively.

Supersedes #8.

Most mainstream clients support this XEP already – Gajim, Psi 0.11, Miranda, Bombus, etc.

Yes, we know...

Unfortunatly we had to support 22 first to remain compatible with SAPO windows client.

But this one will happen, probably after we merge again with Psi core 0.12. See #118.
