Close of windows with unread messages should warn the user

Description

If a window has unread chat messages, and the user chooses to close it, we should warn the user about this, and offer an option to cancel the close operation.

A classic "Ok, do it", "Cancel"-style of dialog.

Sure, a nice thing to also think about it is when you have a lot of windows opened, to discover what is the one with new messages.
