Description

In Portugal, a LOT of routers distributed by ISPs don't allow/support SRV lookups.

The client should cache the last successful SRV lookup for each account, and if a connection fails, it should try to connect to it.

(In [145]) When a connection attempt fails, we now try again using the server hostname that was last known to have worked successfully for connecting the affected account. Closes #87.
