Use the corner of the roster window for pending notifications

The top right corner of the roster window is now empty or with a "bug" symbol if you are a developer.

We should use that corner for three notifications:

  • pending file transfers: if clicked it would open the file transfer window;
  • unread offline messages: if clicked the message center would pop up and gain focus, with the tab of offline messages activated;
  • pending subscription requests: if clicked the message center would pop up and gain focus, with the tab of pending subscription request activated.

Dock badges could also be used for some of this.

(In [169]) The corner of the roster window is now used for signaling pending notifications. Closes #76, refs #96.

(In [294]) Added the number of pending subscription requests to the list of stuff that gets to be displayed as a badge in the roster window, in the application dock icon and as a menu command in the application dock menu. Closes #96.
